This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a strong legal administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to transition into a long-term role. While prior IP experience is a plus, the firm is open to candidates with a solid legal administrative background who are eager to learn and grow within the practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys within the Intellectual Property group Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and documents Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and deadlines Prepare and submit filings and maintain organized client and matter files Handle time entry, billing support, and expense reporting Coordinate with clients, courts, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow Maintain accurate records and assist with document management systems Support additional administrative and project-based tasks as needed Requirements 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or LPA in a law firm environment Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Experience supporting multiple attorneys or a practice group preferred Intellectual Property experience is a plus, but not required Professional, team-oriented mindset with a strong client service approach Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Access to LHH training and career development resources Interested candidates are encouraged to apply to be considered.
Pay Details:
