This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, motivated professional looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment. Paralegal certification preferred, but the position is open to experienced legal assistants with the right experience. This position is in-office, Monday through Friday. What You'll Do Manage attorney calendars, meetings, court dates, and scheduling Prepare correspondence and legal documents using templates Assist with pleadings, discovery, collections matters, and trial preparation Retrieve and organize governing documents and other records from public websites Maintain electronic files and save documents/emails in PracticeMaster Coordinate Zoom meetings and provide administrative support to attorneys Assist with mail, file management, and general office support Provide occasional backup assistance to the front desk, including answering phones and greeting clients as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Professional, dependable, and able to work independently Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Prior legal or administrative experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Supportive and collaborative work environment Competitive salary commensurate with experience Full benefits package
