Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:
- Support trial preparation, including drafting jury instructions, assembling trial exhibits, and organizing trial binders.
- Draft and file subpoenas, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; coordinate with courts for filings.
- Manage discovery, including preparing responses, summarizing records, and scheduling depositions.
- Review and summarize medical and other pertinent records for case analysis.
- Coordinate litigated files, maintain case organization, and assist with client interviews.
- Draft correspondence and assist attorneys with case strategy and trial preparation.
Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.
- Litigation experience in both North Carolina and South Carolina is highly preferred.
- Experience with Case Management Software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail.
- Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact with clients and colleagues in a courteous, positive manner.
- Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
