Job Description

Marcari Russotto Spencer & Balaban, a rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a background in handling personal injury cases to join our dedicated team. We are committed to providing high standards of client service and are looking for individuals who share this commitment and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases. Obtain, review, and organize damage information. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail. 2+ years of Paralegal experience handling personal injury cases. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Must be a team player.
