Job Description

If you are an exceptional legal support professional interested in working closely with attorneys and clients to accomplish client matter-related projects and tasks, we want to hear from you. This position is based in our Charlotte (Ballantyne) office.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Open and manage residential real estate files from contract through closing
  • Review purchase contracts, title commitments, surveys, and lender instructions
  • Prepare closing documents, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and other transaction-related documents
  • Experience with Softpro preferred (ProForm, ProTrust & Pro1099)
  • Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and oral - with a particular focus on keeping team members up-to-date
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to assist with pre/post closing matters and office administrative matters.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
