Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Greensboro, NC $80,000- $105,000 + Bonus Potential A well-established business law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Greensboro office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to work alongside a highly regarded real estate team on sophisticated commercial transactions throughout North Carolina. The practice includes a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development projects, financing transactions, title and survey review, due diligence, and general real estate transactional support.
INDLIL Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing Review and organize due diligence materials, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, environmental reports, and corporate documentation Prepare closing checklists, closing binders, and transaction-related documents Coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, clients, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction process Conduct title and survey review and assist in resolving title objections and related issues Draft deeds, easements, closing documents, entity formation documents, and other transactional materials Manage transaction timelines, deadlines, and closing logistics Maintain electronic files and transaction records while ensuring accuracy and organization Support attorneys on commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing matters, development projects, and financing transactions
Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience preferred Experience supporting commercial acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, and development matters Strong understanding of title review, surveys, due diligence, and closing procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and client service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate transaction management systems North Carolina commercial real estate experience preferred This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and respected firm with a strong commercial real estate practice, sophisticated work, and long-term career growth potential.
