We are a well-established and client-focused plaintiff personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Our team is passionate about delivering justice and providing compassionate, high-quality legal representation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our Charlotte office.
Position Overview:
As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and clients through the early stages of the personal injury claims process. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement. Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation. Draft demand letters, correspondence, and legal documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm's case management system. Assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy development. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding records and client needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury pre-litigation . Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic legal environment.
