Job Description

Position Summary:
The Construction Paralegal at AIRO Mechanical provides essential support to the Legal & Compliance department, ensuring that all legal documentation and compliance processes are efficiently managed. This role assists in the generation of legal documents, performs compliance checks, and supports various administrative tasks to facilitate the department's smooth operation. The Paralegal works closely with the Manager of Legal & Compliance to prioritize tasks that align with the company's strategic growth and compliance needs
Responsibilities:
Assist in the generation and review of legal documents, including new agreements, subcontract agreements, licensing contracts, and compliance documentation. Support the management of Procore, Salesforce, and Service Titan for legal and compliance documentation, ensuring accurate and accessible records. Handle employment and licensing agreements for license holders, ensuring compliance with state and company requirements. Manage and update jurisdictional licensing renewals, coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely processing. Support marketing and other departments with legal-related assistance as needed, contributing to the company's growth and compliance efforts. Coordinate the organizational and practical implementation of legal and compliance processes, ensuring efficiency and Review incident reports, update claims tracking, submit claims, and monitor claim processing through completion. Requirements:
High school diploma required. 4+ years' experience in a law firm Experience in or with the construction industry preferred Strong administrative and organizational skills, familiarity with legal documentation and compliance processes, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software. Strong attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities imperative.
Physical Requirements:
This position is primarily office-based, with standard working hours. The role involves using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The work environment is typically quiet and professional, with a focus on collaboration and communication within the team. The position may require occasional extended hours during peak project times or to meet critical deadlines. Frequently remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Occasional travel may be required.
