The Raleigh office seeks an Administrative Assistant with experience supporting litigation attorneys to provide an elevated level of administrative support and assistance to a busy team of legal professionals. This role plays an integral part in supporting attorneys and legal teams by ensuring day-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing calendars and meetings, processing expense reimbursements, and providing general administrative support across the office. The position entails preparing, revising, and finalizing correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents, while managing electronic court filings in state and federal courts. The position also assists with client and matter intake, including running conflict checks, opening new client and matter engagements. Additional administrative and project-based responsibilities are assigned as business needs evolve. Preferred qualifications include litigation experience, and a strong willingness to learn. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), technology skills, and attention to detail in document review are essential. Experience with document management, billing, and time entry systems is preferred. At least 5 years of litigation legal administrative experience in a law firm required. Familiarity with state, appellate, and federal e-filing is desirable.
