In Office Salary:

$70,000-$80,000 A top national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its Raleigh office and support its growing real estate practice. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working on commercial real estate transactions, coordinating closings, and partnering closely with attorneys and clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle within an welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Support attorneys through all phases of commercial real estate and finance transactions Coordinate transactions and closings from inception through post-closing Prepare and organize closing checklists, timelines, and transaction documents Draft and revise loan documents, settlement statements, and related real estate documentation Review title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials Prepare UCC filings and assist with lender-side transaction support Coordinate with lenders, title companies, clients, and outside counsel Manage post-closing deliverables and closing binders Maintain organized matter files and support billing processes

Qualifications:

3+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience preferred Commercial real estate transaction experience required Lending / finance transaction experience strongly preferred Experience managing closings and transaction workflows Strong organizational and document management skills
