Job Description

Prestigious mid-size Triad-based law firm has an opening for a Floater Legal Assistant. Must have Law Firm experience, and be an expert user of MS Word. Experience in multiple practice groups is a huge plus. Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a plus but is not required Firm offers competitive salary, an
PAID INSURANCES
+ annual bonus, and a relaxed, friendly work atmosphere. Schedule is Monday•Friday 8: 30AM•5: 30PM, IN OFFICE(no remote), and attendance on Fridays is VERY important.
REQUIREMENTS
Complete proficiency with using MS Word to draft, format, edit and finalize legal documents such as Pleadings, Motions, Legal Briefs, & Discovery documents to court•or client-ready standards; clean up attorney drafts, format complex pleadings, prep documents for filing without supervision, catch formatting and citation errors prior to submission, etc. Must be proactive & able to learn quickly, in order to work with different practice groups within the firm.
