We are seeking a Full-Time Real Estate Paralegal with moderate experience to support our expanding practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential and commercial real estate closings. Prepare and review closing documents, including deeds, settlement statements, and loan packages. Resolve title issues. Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and other parties to ensure a seamless closing process. Maintain accurate files and adhere to deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal. Proficiency with real estate closing software (experience with SoftPro is a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
