Ideal candidate will have previous legal experience. We will consider training if you are the right person. This role offers support for a wide range of practice areas including criminal law, family law, juvenile law, estate planning, and some civil litigation. Responsibilities Front desk duties including answering phones and greeting clients. Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and revising legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and related materials. Support attorneys by preparing discovery documents and managing data entry tasks. Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents with courts or agencies, managing calendars for court dates or deadlines, and maintaining organized case logs. Experience Prior paralegal experience or equivalent legal administrative experience in a law office setting preferred. Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and document formatting skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
