This is a highly responsible, specialized position providing direct assistance to attorneys on a variety of civil matters, including litigation, claims, and workers' compensation. What You'll Do Support civil attorneys with research, case preparation, and legal documentation Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and related documents Assist with discovery, court filings, and case management activities Help coordinate workers' compensation and claims-related work Gather, analyze, and organize information for legal cases and proceedings Apply knowledge of court rules, statutes, ordinances, and legal procedures Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and ethical standards What We're Looking For Strong understanding of legal terminology, court processes, and civil law practices Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment and ability to work independently within established guidelines Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality Collaborative mindset and ability to support attorneys and legal staff effectively Why Join Us?
