Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Defense Paralegal to support our litigation team in defending insurers and their insureds across a range of civil matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and auto accident claims. •Key Responsibilities•Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and accident reports Communicate with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and court staff
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience, be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, tech savvy candidate, with excellent document production, organizational and multi-tasking skills, who can work independently and who thrives in a high volume practice. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
