Job Description

Job Description Insight Global's legal client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented full-time Paralegal to work with the Family Law staff in the Nashua, NH office. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, in addition to working independently. The responsibilities assigned to this role include:
  • Draft and file legal documents, including, petitions, motions, parenting plans, and final decrees
  • Handle discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories and requests for production
  • Prepare and review financial affidavits and supporting documentation (tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.)
  • Coordinate client communication, court filings, and deadlines
  • File management for both paper and electronic files, including uploading and renaming documents in document management program
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and binders
  • Schedule appointments/calendar court dates and deadlines

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a law firm
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Filevine, scanning and maintaining electronic files is a plus
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and client needs in a fast-paced environmen
