Job Description

Job Summary Cherry Hill law firm with litigation and real estate focus is currently seeking a paralegal/legal assistant to join our busy practice in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is an In-Person position, not remote. The paralegal/ legal assistant works closely with attorneys and manages litigation and real estate files for the firm. Responsibilities include assistance with handling landlord-tenant and collections, coordination of transactions and preparation of related real estate documents and handling landlord-tenant and collections actions. Primary Responsibilities
  • Handling collection and other litigation files
  • Assisting attorneys with drafting and editing related real estate documents.
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly to keep the client informed of the status of matters via e-mail and telephone.
Respond to inquiries from all stakeholders in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records in both client systems interface and firm system of record. Other duties as required. Experience Previous experience with litigation matters, real estate matters New Jersey is desired. Skills & Qualifications Successful completion of legal assistant or paralegal diploma or equivalent experience a plus.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite of products, with particular emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including superior attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Flexible and reliable, you work well both independently as well as part of a team.

$39,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
