The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing files in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury files from intake through settlement Draft and manage discovery responses Maintain deadlines and case activity in MyCase Request and organize medical records/billing Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance carriers Assist attorneys with litigation preparation and trial support Ensure files move consistently and efficiently

Qualifications:

Personal injury experience preferred Litigation experience strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience with MyCase or similar case management software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Competitive compensation based on experience.
