Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our fast-paced Pennsylvania Service team. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of service documents related to Pennsylvania foreclosures.Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
- Manage and organize case files, including electronic and physical documents.
- Communicate with sheriff's and court personnel professionally and effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the service team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a paralegal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Service procedures is preferred.
