Full-Time | On-Site About the Firm The Law Office of Claudio Stanziola, Esq. is a law practice based in Oakhurst, NJ dedicated to providing personalized and effective legal representation to our clients. We are a small, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering high-quality service and building meaningful relationships with the people we serve. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as a Paralegal. No Experience Necessary We welcome applicants of all backgrounds. Prior paralegal or legal experience is not required. We provide full, hands-on training at our office and will equip you with everything you need to succeed in this role. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist the attorney with preparing and organizing legal documents and correspondence Communicate with clients professionally, both in person and over the phone Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls Track deadlines and important dates using office management tools Correspond with courts, government agencies, and third parties as directed Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, filing, scanning, and data entry Conduct basic research and compile information as requested by the attorney Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish — required (spoken and written) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use Highly organized with strong attention to detail Dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion No prior legal experience required — full training provided on-site Language Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position. You will regularly communicate with clients in both languages and assist those with limited English proficiency
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
