We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support complex real estate transactions and commercial projects, providing top-tier legal and administrative expertise to ensure smooth closings and ongoing project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate transactions. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure seamless transaction flow. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all real estate projects and loan closings. Assist in due diligence and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Support senior attorneys and team members as needed on complex commercial and residential transactions.

6+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a commercial or residential setting. Strong understanding of real estate law, loan documentation, and closing procedures. Strong experience handling commercial loan closings Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
