Job Description

Regional Law Firm looking for an experienced litigation paralegal for its collection litigation department. Candidate must have familiarity with drafting pleadings, handling service of process, application for default judgment, drafting motions and discovery. Experience with debt collection and New York rules of court a bonus. Notary public preferred. Opportunity to join a well established and expanding business with over one hundred employees across five offices. Salary based off experience.
