Litigation Paralegal

This is a part-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal in Tinton Falls, NJ. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing legal documents and reviewing case-related records. Additional responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and other case-related filings, as well as maintaining case files and coordinating legal activities to ensure effective case management. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the litigation process.

Compensation:

$31 - $33 hourly

Responsibilities:

Draft, format, and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings. Draft correspondence, deposition, and document summaries. Manage case files, maintain attorney calendars, and manage deadlines. Handle electronic filing in NJ State and Federal Courts. Communicate with clients and adversary counsel. Superior attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all filings.

Qualifications:

3+ years of litigation experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including formatting pleadings and discovery) and Excel. Proficiency in NJ eCourts e-filing and PACER.
