Litigation Paralegal

Description We are working with a well-established litigation firm in Albuquerque that is looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment handling complex matters from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft, review, and edit discovery and other legal documents + Manage case files and maintain organized documentation + Review, summarize, and index case materials (including medical records) + Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars + Conduct factual research and assist attorneys with case development + Communicate with clients, experts, and other case-related contacts + Support trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders

Requirements Qualifications:

+ 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience + Experience with medical records and detailed medical summaries strongly preferred + Strong understanding of New Mexico court rules and procedures + Excellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills + Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems is a plus
