Legal Assistant - Estate Planning Boutique Law Firm (Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Opportunity) Our small boutique estate planning law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the expectation that it will evolve into a full-time role as the firm continues to grow and the candidate demonstrates success in the position. The ideal candidate is meticulous, adaptable, and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who enjoys tackling new challenges, asks thoughtful questions, and is committed to continuous growth and professional development.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Responsibilities May Include:
Preparing, proofreading, and organizing estate planning documents. Managing client files and maintaining accurate records. Communicating with clients in a professional, compassionate, and timely manner. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Assisting with document execution, notary coordination, and client signings. Providing administrative and legal support to the attorney as needed. We are seeking someone who is dependable, positive, intellectually curious, and committed to excellence.
