Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes boutique trial firm tackling some of society's most critical issues. We are growing rapidly and looking for team members who want to help us build our future. We currently have an opening for a Paralegal on our Employment Team . We are looking for an experienced paralegal who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, high follow-through, and has a through understanding of how the legal process works. Our paralegals work one-to-one with their assigned attorney, so you get a great opportunity to become your attorney's right hand.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation. Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production. Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews. Conduct legal and factual research. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Maintain accurate timekeeping and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
5+ years of plaintiff litigation experience, employment litigation experience a plus. Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (which is rarely).
