Legal Assistant - Transactional / Real Estate / Corporate A boutique law firm with a team of 19 dedicated professionals, specializing in providing personalized legal services to corporate clients is seeking an exeptional legal assistant to support two of their attorneys. Join a collaborative and professional law firm team supporting attorneys in transactional, real estate, and corporate matters. We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Prepare, revise, and finalize transactional and corporate documents Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including escrow and closing coordination Draft correspondence, engagement letters, and legal forms Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and attorney scheduling Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files Coordinate document execution and signatures Handle client communication in a professional and responsive manner Perform filing, scanning, billing support, and other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Prior legal assistant experience preferred, particularly in transactional, real estate, or corporate law Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Professional demeanor and strong client service skills The Extras Quiet and professional office environment Healthy work-life balance Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits package and paid time off Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume
