Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our growing litigation team. The ideal candidate has experience in a plaintiff's personal injury firm and is comfortable with a high-volume litigation caseload. This role is task-based and you will not have a traditional caseload. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while also collaborating with a team to ensure a positive experience for every client. Responsibilities Organize and manage case files utilizing a document management system (Filevine) Assist with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including arbitration and mediation briefs, case disclosures, Stipulations and Orders, and other pleadings as assigned Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, trial binders, subpoenas, and witness coordination Skills Minimum of three (3) years personal injury paralegal experience in Nevada Strong understanding of NRCP, Federal law (preferred), and plaintiff workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems, including Filevine Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Empathy and ability to build relationships with clients and team Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a friendly and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
