Job Description

EXPERIENCED CRIMINAL DEFENSE LEGAL ASSISTANT/PARALEGAL NEEDED.
Currently hiring for a full-time position in busy, medium-sized, well-respected law firm. Excellent working conditions and benefits offered. Successful applicant will have exceptional organizational, computer, filing and phone skills. Must be able to work independently, perform multi-tasks, and be detail oriented. Job duties include drafting correspondence and pleadings; e-filing pleadings with the court; updating files within our internal database; calendar management; discovery management; corresponding with clerks of the court, vendors, and clients; serving as a liaison between the client and attorney. Experience in the legal field; including discovery and use of Evidence.com, ShareFile, JusticeWeb and MerusCase preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in the legal field required.
