Receptionist/Legal Assistant

The Rivera Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic receptionist/legal assistant. This is an entry-level position. Thus, prior experience in the legal field is not required. Customer service experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and visitors as they arrive at the office Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls Providing administrative support for attorney Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail Case/client data entry Maintaining the waiting area and front lobby Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages Organizing and maintaining claim files Performing clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and shredding Preferred skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Works well independently and in a collaborative environment Detail-oriented and organized Multi-tasking and time-management Compensation depends on experience. A bilingual receptionist is preferred but not required. Benefits include full medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k benefits, and paid time off.
