JOB SPECIFICS

Paralegal / Legal Assistant with prior legal experience in New York foreclosure.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience working at a law firm or handling legal-based issues. Prior experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, creditor's rights and litigation is a must. Ability to think and act independently. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere (LPS), Tempo, Serengeti, and similar case management systems is preferred.
