Job Description
Overview:
We are a dynamic and fast-paced real estate law firm seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions—from initial document preparation to closing and post-closing.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with clients, title companies, managing agents, attorneys, and paralegals
- Prepare and maintain case files from inception through post-closing
- Draft correspondence, contracts, and legal documents for attorney review
- Monitor deadlines and maintain the closing calendar
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Create deeds and complete ACRIS filings
- Assist in collecting and reviewing due diligence documents
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and secretarial skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus Compensation is commensurate with experience.
