Job Description
Real Estate Paralegal -Garden City, NY- Our client, a real estate law firm supporting residential and commercial clients throughout NYC and Long Island, seeks a highly competent and organized Paralegal with 3+ years' experience to join their Garden City firm. In this role, you will be responsible for: Analyzing title documents, surveys, lien, and other property-related materials Drafting closing and transactional documents, such as certificates, bills of sale, and assignments Assisting in all phases of transactions from inception to closing Communicating between all parties to transactions, including lenders, attorneys, title companies, clients, etc. The salary range for this opportunity is $70k-$85k (based on experience) , and includes medical/dental/vision, profit-sharing with ER contribution, and 3-weeks PTO. #
