Job Description

Elder Law / Estate Planning Paralegal For over 45 years, Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. has provided exceptional legal services to clients throughout New York. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Elder Law / Estate Planning Paralegal to join our expanding team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with substantial experience drafting sophisticated trust planning and handling extensive client contact.
Responsibilities Draft:
Irrevocable Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts (MAPTs) Revocable Living Trusts Supplemental Needs Trusts (SNTs) Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and Living Wills Communicate directly with clients regarding estate planning matters Assist attorneys with document preparation and case/client management including scheduling appointments Qualifications 5+ years of elder law and estate planning experience Strong experience drafting MAPTs, revocable trusts, and SNTs Excellent written, verbal, and client service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HotDocs Strong organizational and analytical abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Competitive salary commensurate with experience, bonus opportunity, 401(k), and generous benefits offered.
