The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, and experience working in a fast-paced legal environment. This role involves supporting attorneys with a variety of legal and administrative responsibilities, including: Preparing attorneys for court appearances and hearings Assisting with telephone administrative hearings Managing administrative tasks related to legal matters Coordinating and attending conciliation conferences Communicating with clients, courts, agencies, and other legal professionals Organizing and maintaining legal files and case documentation Qualifications & Experience 5-10 years of paralegal, legal assistant, or administrative experience required Previous experience in a law firm or legal department preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in legal research methods and legal software/tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with criminal, administrative, or real estate matters is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys in a small firm with a dynamic legal practice.
