Job Description
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staffDraft, format, proofread, and revise legal correspondence and documentsManage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court dates, and deadlinesOrganize and maintain physical and electronic case filesFile legal documents with courts and government agencies, including e-filing when applicableAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionallyCoordinate client meetings, depositions, and other legal appointmentsTrack deadlines and assist with docket and case managementPrepare billing materials, expense reports, and time entry documentationConduct basic legal and public records research as requestedHandle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretionSupport general office operations, including scanning, copying, and document management
