We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal injury law and have experience in legal research, case management, and document management systems. This role is essential in supporting attorneys with case preparation and ensuring that all legal documentation is accurate and timely. Duties Drafting pleadings ( verified bills of particulars, motions, OTSC), Serving pleadings Drafting discovery demands Drafting discovery responses Responding to court orders Entering court orders Drafting and filing NOIs;
