Paralegal

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Saratoga Springs, New York on a Contract basis. This role supports senior legal counsel through contract administration, regulatory response coordination, and day-to-day legal operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Support senior counsel by preparing, revising, and reviewing a range of legal agreements and related documents. Coordinate the signature process for contracts, maintain execution records, and monitor upcoming renewal dates to ensure timely follow-up. Respond to regulatory and consumer agency matters by organizing information, preparing documentation, and assisting with correspondence. Maintain legal filings and track compliance-related deadlines to help ensure records remain current and complete. Process invoices and assist with legal billing activities, including reviewing charges and handling related administrative follow-up. Address internal requests by gathering information, clarifying legal documentation status, and routing issues to the appropriate attorneys. Conduct ad hoc legal and factual research to support attorneys on active matters and internal projects. Experience working as a paralegal or in a comparable legal support capacity. Ability to manage a high-volume workload while staying organized and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to internal and external interactions. Background supporting contract drafting, document review, and legal records management. Familiarity with litigation support concepts such as discovery, civil litigation, and trial preparation. Proficiency with case management software and other tools used to organize legal documentation and workflow.
