Job Description

Busy law practice seeking a highly organized, professional, and dependable Legal Administrative Assistant / Intake Coordinator to support daily office operations, client communications, scheduling, and legal administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and capable of communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other professionals. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with clients and professionals Schedule appointments and conduct client intake Prepare intake sheets and follow up with prospective and existing clients Coordinate scheduling and assist with office workflow Monitor emails and assist with client communications Prepare, scan, file, copy, and organize legal documents File documents using State and Federal Court electronic filing systems Assist with court and client mailings Coordinate with virtual assistants and support daily office operations Assist with general administrative and legal support tasks Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Prior administrative experience required Legal office experience strongly preferred Experience with court electronic filing systems preferred Real estate experience a plus, including familiarity with deeds, ACRIS, title, contracts of sale, and general real estate matters Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills Ability to multitask and work independently Schedule Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 3:00
PM Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
