Legal Department is a small, dynamic team responsible for protecting the trademarks, copyrights, and patents associated with our air fresheners around the world.

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for complex matters. Investigate & research new matters. Recommend strategies to address infringements. Draft summaries for attorneys. Review drafts of legal briefs. Provide in-country attorneys with the information they require. Evaluate and manage the in-country attorneys to ensure good outcomes. Maintain legal files. Execute responsibilities independently in accordance with SOPs and recommend modifications as appropriate. Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

3+ years of paralegal experience

Salary:
