Job Description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping clients navigate important life and legacy planning decisions? We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a busy Trusts & Estates attorney in a well-established law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and attorneys on estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, and other matters in a professional and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with the preparation of estate planning documents, including: Wills Trusts Powers of Attorney Advance Medical Directives Draft correspondence and legal documents for attorney review Prepare probate and estate administration filings Assist with trust administration matters and asset transfers Coordinate client meetings and maintain regular communication with clients,, financial advisors, and other professionals Manage case files, deadlines, and document organization. Conduct basic legal and factual research as needed. Maintain accurate time records. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures Qualifications Associate's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in estate planning, probate, or trust administration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and strong client service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience preparing probate filings and estate inventories.
