Paralegal

In-Office | Full-Time Are you a detail-driven Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced personal injury practice? We're looking for a motivated and self-sufficient Personal Injury Paralegal who enjoys managing cases from investigation through litigation support. In this role, you'll work closely with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to keep cases moving forward and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines, this is an opportunity to play a key role in helping clients navigate challenging situations. What You'll Do Case Investigation & Research Investigate case facts using public records, online resources, and other research tools Conduct legal research to support case strategy and attorney decision-making Identify causes of action and assist in building strong cases Medical Records & Damages Request, review, and organize medical records Prepare and update damage summaries including medical bills, lost wages, and property damage Maintain accurate case documentation Legal Support Draft affidavits, legal correspondence, and case documentation Assist with discovery preparation and deposition support Maintain both electronic and paper case files Case Management Track deadlines and manage case timelines Maintain accuracy in case management systems Record and report billable hours Client Communication Serve as a key point of contact between clients and attorneys Meet with clients and involved parties to gather information and clarify legal matters Maintain professional, timely communication throughout the life of the case What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience required Strong knowledge of legal terminology, litigation processes, and court procedures Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred) Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment Education High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (required) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
