The firm is known for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering practical and effective legal solutions across multiple practice areas. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to support attorneys in all aspects of estate planning matters. This role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting with client communication, and conducting legal research to ensure accurate and timely completion of estate planning files. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.) Conduct legal research related to estate planning matters Prepare, organize, and maintain client files with high accuracy Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and provide updates Review and ensure accuracy of legal documentation before execution Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to meet deadlines Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information Qualifications Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of legal document preparation and review Prior exposure to estate planning terminology and processes is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software toolsPay:
