This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of legal practices, including litigation, estate planning, environmental law, and more. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess a strong foundation in legal administrative functions. Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams
  • Edit and proofread legal and administrative documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Manage CLE credit tracking, calendaring, expense reimbursements, and scheduling
  • Greet clients, coordinate meetings, and manage professional correspondence
  • File documents electronically with courts and maintain organized case files
  • Support billing processes including time entry and report preparation
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters
  • Communicate with court personnel, attorneys, and staff as required
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
