Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our firm. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support across a variety of legal areas, ensuring the smooth operation of our law office. Your expertise will help facilitate legal research, document management, case preparation, and client communication, contributing to the delivery of exceptional legal services. Duties:
Manage legal case files Assist with drafting of legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, transactional documents, and correspondence Support litigation activities by preparing case summaries, organizing evidence, and coordinating discovery efforts Conduct intake interviews with clients Perform data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to maintain organized records in compliance with legal standards Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone etiquette with professionalism and courtesy
Experience:
Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in document preparation and case management Familiarity with any one of the following practice areas: estate planning, probate, real estate, or any other litigation experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail Experience supporting litigation processes from case inception through resolution Ability to perform thorough legal research and synthesize complex information clearly and efficiently Exceptional clerical skills including proofreading, transcription accuracy, data entry precision, and file management Join us as a Paralegal to be an integral part of our dedicated legal team.
