Key Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents including settlement demands, complaints, discovery (interrogatories and requests for production), motions, and notices Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation events Prepare and file pleadings and correspondence through state court e-filing systems Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel regarding case status and documentation Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and manage litigation calendars Assist attorneys with case development, preparation, and follow-up tasks Respond to incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner Perform additional administrative and case support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of Personal Injury experience Strong drafting skills for pleadings, discovery, and litigation correspondence Experience with court filing systems and litigation procedures Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong communication and client service skills
