Position Summary Seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant / Paralegal to serve as a key operational and legal support partner to our attorneys. This position functions as a senior case coordinator responsible for managing files, preparing legal documents, coordinating client communications, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the life of each matter. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and committed to providing outstanding service while helping improve firm operations. Primary Responsibilities
- Manage assigned matters from intake through completion.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain attorney calendars.
- Draft estate planning documents, probate pleadings, guardianship filings, trust administration documents, legal correspondence, and forms.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, financial advisors, CPAs, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain organized electronic files and case documentation in Clio.
- Prepare attorney meeting materials and assist with legal research.
- Serve as the primary client contact on assigned matters.
- Assist with workflow improvements and mentor junior legal support staff. Education & Professional Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible legal assistant or paralegal experience.
- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field, or a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple active legal matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preferred:
National paralegal certification (e.g., NALA Certified Paralegal or NFPA Registered Paralegal).
Preferred:
Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Guardianships, Elder Law, or Medicaid Asset Protection Planning.
Preferred:
Experience with Clio Manage, Clio Grow, electronic court filing, and document management systems.
Preferred:
Oklahoma Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Ideal Candidate

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
