Our firm is seeking 2 full-time paralegals with experience in personal injury/insurance defense. (This is a Paralegal role, not a Secretary/Legal Assistant role.) The perfect Candidate should have extensive experience with all stages of litigation, including appellate practice. Experience should include obtaining medical records, preparing disclosures, drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, trial preparation, Oklahoma E-filing, CM/ECF, and Pacer. You will need in-depth experience with calendaring and monitoring deadlines, as well as being organized, with a strong work ethic, strong, time management skills, and being detail-orientated with the ability to prioritize and multitask. You also will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years experience as a Paralegal, who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a high level of attention to detail to thrive in this position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist attorneys with cases. Prepares initial drafts of correspondence, forms, filings, and other documents. Maintains confidentiality of all firm clients. Monitors case calendars and dockets deadlines. Handles file maintenance and organization. Prioritizes and multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment. Minimum 5 years' experience required Must have graduated with a Paralegal degree or from an accredited Paralegal Program Compensation is dependent on experience.
