We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Entry-Level Paralegal to join our Hillsboro office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their legal career or looking to transition into paralegal work. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional, deadline-driven environment. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's or associate degree preferred Paralegal certificate or relevant legal coursework (preferred) Prior experience in a law firm, legal department, or court system (preferred) Familiarity with case management software such as Clio (preferred) We offer competitive compensation and benefits including employer-paid health coverage, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses.
