Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support an attorney and paralegal in an estate planning practice. The ideal candidate will excel in legal administrative tasks, possess strong research and document management skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting legal operations. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, phone call intake, calendar management, and correspondence handling. Assist with preparation of simple legal documents. Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct document review and data entry for case files related to estate planning. Support litigation processes through file organization, Coordinate meetings, interviews with clients or witnesses, and facilitate communication between team members using professional phone cases or projects to ensure thorou Skills Proven experience in legal administrative support with familiarity in law office procedures and case management systems. Excellent writing skills for drafting reports, legal correspondence, and documentation with attention to detail. Proficiency in proofreading and transcription to maintain high-quality documentation standards. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities Experience with data entry, filing systems (physical or electronic), document review processes, and maintaining meticulous records. Strong clerical skills including phone etiquette and professional communication; capable of supporting executive-level administrative needs when required.
